Terms of Use

These terms explain how you can use the LXD universe — LINK, XPLORE and DISCOVER work — whether you join our community, apply to an offer or work with us as a partner.

1. Who we are

  • LXD ("LXD", "we", "us") is a talent-augmentation agency connecting creative and digital professionals with companies around the world. These terms apply to lxdglobal.com and every LXD service.
  • By creating an account, joining our community or sending an application, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to sign a professional contract.
  • You can sign in with an email link or with Google. Keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
  • One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people or impersonate anyone.

3. Joining the community

  • Joining our community of professionals working for a world moved by creativity is free. Your profile is added to our talent pool so LXD recruiters can find you for suitable opportunities.
  • Joining the community is not an application to a specific offer and does not guarantee work.

4. Applications

  • When you apply to an offer, your application and the information you provide are reviewed by your assigned LXD agent and shared with the hiring team of that offer.
  • Each offer may have its own conditions, shown on its offer terms page. You must review and accept them before applying.
  • Applying is always free. LXD never charges candidates to be considered for an offer.
  • Selection decisions are made by people, at the discretion of LXD and its clients.

5. Contracts and payments

  • Work obtained through LXD is governed by a separate contract signed with you. Contracts are usually paid in EUR, and in some cases in USD.
  • Compensation shown on an offer is indicative until a contract is signed.

6. Your content

  • You keep full ownership of your CV, video presentation, showreel and portfolio.
  • You give LXD a limited permission to store, view and share this content with the hiring teams of offers you apply to, only to evaluate you.
  • We will never publish your video or use your work for marketing without your written consent. You can remove it at any time.

7. Your commitments

  • Share truthful information about your identity, experience, languages and skills.
  • Only upload material you have the right to share.
  • Keep offer and client details shared during selection confidential.
  • Do not misuse the platform: no scraping, spam, attempts to access other people's data or to bypass security.

8. Recruiters, clients and partners

  • Team members of agencies and companies may only use candidate data to evaluate candidates for real opportunities, and only within the permissions of their role.
  • Candidate data must not be exported, sold or used outside the hiring process.

9. Availability and liability

  • We work to keep the services available and secure but provide them "as is". We are not responsible for decisions made by clients or for interruptions outside our control.
  • Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer or employment law.

10. Closing your account

  • You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

11. Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms. We will notify registered users of important changes before they apply.
