About the Role
We are searching for talented and bilingual UX/UI Designers to join our growing team to help us design digital products and collaborate with our partners. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire design process, from user research and information architecture to creating beautiful and intuitive user interfaces. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, developers and other designers to ensure a seamless user experience across all platforms.
About you
3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
Proven ability to design user-centered interfaces for web or mobile applications
A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
A passion for creating beautiful and functional user experiences
Bonus Points
Experience with [Illustrator, Figma, Bubble.io]
Experience designing for a global audience
Knowledge of Human Resources
Main Assignments
Responsibilities
Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points
Develop user personas and journey maps
Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
Create and develop design systems
Ensure UI elements follow design best practices and accessibility guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring design concepts to life
Create and develop UX/UI trends and technologies with an innovative mindset
